What information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, business name, town, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and the message you send. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to quote and schedule the work.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie, stored in your browser, to remember that you have already seen the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics of any kind.
Third parties
Contact form submissions are handled directly by Netlify Forms, the same company that hosts this site, and passed on to us by email. No separate third-party form service is involved. This site is hosted by Netlify — their privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to quote and carry out the work, and afterwards as part of the service record for your kitchen. Service records are retained because you, your insurer or your fire inspector may need them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete anything you have submitted, by emailing lebrosfire@hotmail.com.
